Born from the imagination of Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Kerth Gumbs who grew up on the small island of Anguilla, this menu at Fenchurch combines the best British ingredients with flavours from the Carribean.

Korea meets Europe in this Michelin-starred restaurant tucked away in Bermondsey, moments from London Bridge. Dreamed up by husband and wife duo, Woong Chul Park and Bomee Ki, who met during their training at Le Cordon Bleu. An evening consisting of a seven-course tasting menu reflecting their European and French training.
