An exclusive experience at the world-famous cookery school, Le Cordon Bleu with Kerth Gumbs. Followed by a meal at the the school’s first fine-dining restaurant, CORD.
First influenced by food through his mother who aspired him to be a chef, Gumbs moved to London and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu cookery school in 2004, before going on to work closely with chefs including Tom Aikens. He now brings his Caribbean culinary style to fine-dining destination at the Sky Garden. Gumbs’ went on to win Great British Menu in 2020 and now judges Young MasterChef.
