Named after the founders’ grandfather, a former Ambassador, the restaurant takes inspiration from his residence in Northern India and the abandoned party mansions of the region. Celebrating the warmth of classic Punjabi hospitality.

MICHAEL CAINES AT THE STAFFORD: £130pp

An exceptional evening at The Stafford London, where guests will be welcomed with canapés, followed by an elegant four-course dinner. Hosted by celebrated chef Michael Caines, the holder of two Michelin-stars for eighteen years at Lympstone Manor, in Devon.
Known for his refined, ingredient-led cooking and contemporary approach to modern British cuisine, the menu will showcase Michael’s signature style and culinary creativity to his first London residency. Complete with a glass of Champagne, creating a memorable dining experience in the historic surroundings of The Stafford.

Experience contemporary Spanish cuisine at Legado, the second Michelin-starred opening from Chef Nieves Barragán. Known for her energetic joy in presenting some of her home country’s most iconic dishes at Sabor in Mayfair.
Legado is set to move beyond the familiar, allowing the wider ingredients, lesser-known dishes, regional culinary traditions and the Spanish artisans to take centre stage. Enjoy four sharing style courses at the restaurant’s kitchen counter, showcasing the regional food and culture of Spain with a front row seat of the open kitchen.
