Simpson’s in the Strand is the latest addition to Jeremy King’s empire alongside The Wolseley and others, and is one of the biggest and most talked about new openings of the year. Having first opened its doors in 1828, and established at 100 Strand since 1904, the restaurant is steeped in history and only a few years off celebrating its 200th anniversary.
