Spirit Masters
Hosted by the legendary Irish chef himself, Richard Corrigan, alongside experts from the The Whisky Exchange, look forward to a selection of four premium Irish drams in the iconic Dickie’s Bar with a beguiling masterclass on each exciting bottle.
The tasting is followed by a whiskey-paired dinner in Corrigan’s as guests dine on a bespoke menu which combines dishes inspired by Richard’s rural Irish upbringing with British fine dining.
Spend the afternoon exploring three different martinis, meticulously crafted with Grey Goose Vodka. The cocktails have been thoughtfully paired with dishes to include scallop and Wagyu beef, designed exclusively for the occasion by the chefs at Rosewood London.
