Having taken inspiration from his time at globally renowned restaurants including Eleven Maddison Park in New York and Restaurant Story in London, Japanese-born Angelo Sato combines this with traditional yakitori techniques from Tokyko, catching the eyes of fellow restaurateurs at his first opening in Soho. Guests will be taken on a journey of 16-courses, glass of Champagne Henriot on arrival.
