Having taken inspiration from his time at globally renowned restaurants including Eleven Maddison Park in New York and Restaurant Story in London, Japanese-born Angelo Sato combines this with traditional yakitori techniques from Tokyko. Sato’s perfectionist nature is evident in the luxury experience he’s curated at his first solo venture. Guests will be taken on a theatrical journey of 14-courses.
